Delivery to Mainland Malta.
All deliveries are made Mon-Sat during business hours, unless a Sunday delivery or an off business hours, is requested. To ensure right delivery someone must be present to sign for the order received.
Orders are processed with immediate effect, (if in an odd situation, we are out of stock of any items ordered, we will notify you immediately), all orders are dispatched within few hours from the time we receive the payment, to mainland Malta (Gozo may take a little longer). The order has to reach us buy not later than 11.00AM on a week day, and the client has to indicate in the appropriate box that he/she wants express delivery.
When placing an order to be delivered to a different address not to the one that is placing the order, therefore not registered with us, it is the responsibility of the person placing the order to make sure that he is sending it to a person that is over the legal age for drinking and smoking. We are only responsible to whom we are selling.
International delivery
All orders are dispatched within 24hrs on receiving payment, (which may be subject to delay if we are out of stock of any items ordered, in which case we will notify you), we offer a 72hour delivery service to many European destinations.
For other international orders, delivery times vary depending on location. Delivery charges for European and other international countries are calculated based on the weight and size of the product and the destination address.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Returns
It is our policy to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with products purchased (other than perishable products) which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money, (excluding the delivery charge), or exchange the products if you inform us within 5 days after the day following the delivery of the goods.
Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us about returning the products. Any product returned must be within its original packaging and adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. If the product that you return or the packing is badly damaged we retain the right to deduct accordingly.The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
